Pecana and Chase Pecans approached Red Riding Hood Productions to create an integrated marketing campaign that honored their family heritage while aligning with their unique goals. Pecana, founded by Kortney Chase, was focused on launching their innovative pecan milk product into 100+ HEB stores across Texas and needed high-quality marketing content to continue pitching to additional grocery stores nationwide. Meanwhile, Chase Pecans, the largest pecan processor in the country, sought a refresh of their content to elevate their already well-established brand while maintaining their deep-rooted family legacy.
We crafted a storytelling-driven campaign that seamlessly wove together the unique narratives of both Pecana and Chase Pecans. For Pecana, our focus was on Kortney’s leadership in bringing pecan milk to market and the deep connection her family has to pecan farming. For Chase Pecans, we honed in on their industry-leading position, blending tradition with modern innovation in pecan processing.
We executed a comprehensive four-day shoot that spanned multiple locations. We spent two days in Artesia, NM, capturing the beauty of the Chase Pecan orchards and the intimate family history embedded in the land. This was followed by a full day at the state-of-the-art Chase Pecan processing facility in San Saba, TX, where we highlighted the technological advancements and the attention to detail in their operations. Finally, we wrapped with a studio day in Austin to shoot product-focused imagery and video, ensuring every content need for both brands was met.
With our deep understanding of authentic storytelling, we approached the entire project as a docu-narrative. We captured genuine, unscripted moments between Kortney, her family, and key team members, ensuring the raw emotion and realness of their connection to the land and the brand shone through in every frame. The authenticity we brought to these moments drove home the emotional connection between their story and the audience, transforming what could have been a standard campaign into something truly moving.
The results were nothing short of impactful. For Pecana, we created a hero brand story that encapsulates Kortney's vision, her family’s legacy, and everything that matters to her—from the land to the love they put into every product. This narrative-driven approach did more than just showcase the product—it invited viewers into Kortney’s world, building an emotional connection that made her brand stand out in the competitive marketplace.
For both brands, we produced stunning, story-driven content that resonated deeply with their target audiences. The campaign’s visuals were warm, inviting, and rich with meaning, allowing consumers to connect with the family and legacy behind the product.
